Job Description As a Manufacturing team leader, you will run the day-to-day operation of the state of the art manufacturing line on the shop floor and keep our team performing safely and efficiently. Youll lead a team of CNC operators to meet daily output, quality, and delivery targets, manage staffing and workflow, and respond quickly to issues that impact performance. This role is ideal for a practical leader who enjoys being on the floor, supporting people, and making things run smoothly. What youll do: Lead a team to safely meet daily production targets Allocate staff, manage breaks, rotations, and changing workloads Monitor downtime, quality issues, and bottlenecks Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and SOP requirements Coach, train, and motivate team members Run daily toolbox talks and report KPIs and issues to the leadership group What were looking for: Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in manufacturing, production, or warehousing Strong people leadership and communication skills Safety- and quality-focused mindset Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment Apply now as per below if youre ready to step up, lead from the front, and drive daily results.
