We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Driver Records & Trip Audit Officer to join our team on a casual basis 2 - 3 days per week. This role is responsible for the review of driver daily paperwork, trip records, and fare calculations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational integrity across our taxi fleets. You will play a key role in identifying discrepancies, maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities Review and verify daily driver paperwork, including trip sheets and records Audit fare calculations and trip data for accuracy and consistency when required Identify and investigate discrepancies, errors, or missing information Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements Liaise with operations/drivers to resolve documentation or reporting issues Provide general administrative support to the operations team if needed About You Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Confident working with numbers and basic calculations Previous experience in administration, transport, or compliance roles (preferred) Ability to identify inconsistencies and problem-solve effectively Good communication skills when dealing with drivers and internal staff Comfortable using spreadsheets MYOB experience an advantage What We Offer Casual role offering flexibility around workload peaks Consistent work pattern: typically Monday & Tuesday, with Wednesday as required Additional hours during seasonal and end-of-month periods Full training provided in industry regulations and internal software Small team environment with long-term stability Why Join Us This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, independent work and takes pride in accuracy and accountability.
