About the RoleThis position is ideal for someone who enjoys a customer-facing role and can be trusted to take ownership of their tasks in supporting the day-to-day retail operations of the pharmacy. You will be working in a structured environment with clear procedures, so the ability to follow instructions accurately and learn quickly is essential. Experience is welcome, but not required - we are more interested in your attitude, work ethic, and ability to learn quickly. Key Responsibilities Deliver friendly and efficient customer service, assisting with product enquiries and over-the-counter sales Maintain store cleanliness and high merchandising standards Intake prescriptions, operate the till and process transactions to support pharmacist workflow Receive and unpack stock deliveries, and enter invoices into our inventory system as required Undertake stock control tasks, including stock counting, date checking/rotation and ordering Work efficiently through tasks during busy periods while maintaining strong attention to detail If youre starting out, we will provide structured training and support to help you succeed. If youre experienced, you will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibility and play a key role in keeping the pharmacy running smoothly.
