Positions Available:Across our campuses in: Canberra Sydney Melbourne Perth Training Areas Required:We are currently recruiting Trainers & Assessors for the following nationally recognised qualifications: Certificate III in Painting and Decorating Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling Certificate III in Solid Plastering About this role: We are currently looking for highly motivated trainers/ assessors to join our friendly and hard-working team.Duties will include all aspects oftrainingand preparation, resource development, student management, student assessments, etc. If you are a focused individual that thrives, not just survives, in a fast-paced environment and believe you have what it takes to inspire students of all ages, then this is the role for you! Role responsibilities Key responsibilities include, but limited to: Provide student support services as identified/required according to individual learner needs. Plan, prepare, and deliver training and assessment in accordance with the TAS, delivery schedule, training session plans, and assessment instruments. Mark / Assess units of competency in alignment with the Assessor Guides Maintain training records, report on student progress and attendance in accordance with the policies and procedures of the RTO. Participate in professional development and industry currency activities in accordance with the RTOs PD schedules. Essential selection criteria TAE40122 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a higher level qualification in adult education Qualifications at least to the level being delivered and assessed Minimum of three years post-qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously. Must be able to provide evidence of industry currency Strong training and practical skills Training and assessment experience in the VET sector Well-developed written and verbal communication skills Must have continuous professional development records Employer questionsYour application will include the following questions: Do you have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment?
