CloudBNB are a WA privately owned and operated business based in Perth CBD. We are seeking a Short Stay Property Manager to join our fast-growing short stay accommodation team, the ideal candidate will live in Mandurah/ Rockingham. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their week combining remote work, property visits and time collaborating with the team in our city office. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of short stay properties with professionalism and efficiency Setting up and optimising property listings Working alongside our sales and marketing team to promote your property portfolio locally Managing reservations, booking changes and cancellations Conducting property inspections and coordinating maintenance when required Communicating with guests regarding enquiries, check-in details and stay support Maintaining strong relationships with property owners Coordinating cleaners, maintenance and property readiness between bookings Resolving guest or property issues promptly and professionally Following up with guests after checkout to collect feedback and reviews Maintaining inspection records and reporting in line with company processes What Were Looking For Were looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident managing multiple tasks and relationships at once. The ideal candidate will have: Previous property management experience (preferred)or a strong customer service background Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Strong time management and ability to work independently Professional and friendly approach with clients and guests Ability to balance remote work with property visits and team collaboration Applicants must also: Have access to a reliable vehicle Have a dedicated workspace at home Be comfortable travelling to properties across Mandurah, Rockingham and surrounding areas About the Role This is a hybrid positionwhere your week will typically include: Working remotely from your home office Visiting properties for inspections or coordination Collaborating with the team in our city office when required Following an initial training period, the role offers flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.
