About the role This role is all about people, not tasks. Youll be supporting participants to live their lives on their terms building skills, routines, confidence, and community connections. Depending on the participant, support may include: Community access and social connection Employment support and skill building Daily living and independence support Transport to appointments, activities, or work Encouraging choice, voice, and autonomy No two days are the same and thats exactly how we like it. About you You dont need to be perfect but you do need to be the right kind of human.
