Youll also bring: A recognised Commercial Cookery qualification (e.g., Cert III or equivalent) Minimum 6 years experience cooking in a similar environment or restaurant experience Demonstrated experience applying HACCP principles Proven experience leading a team and setting a values-based culture A genuine desire to deliver an exceptional food experience.
