No O/S Candidates please About the role This Key Role will be responsible for high quality detailed joinery and cabinet making jobs from start to finish as well as operate and manage CNC machinery. Key areas of responsibility will include: Duties and Responsibilities Program and operate the various production machines in a timely and safe manner Maintain the machines to ensure they operate at optimum capacity Inspection and maintenance of products to ensure accuracy and quality control Identify and correct any machine set up issues Cabinet assembly and fit off Work alongside other team members to complete jobs to a high standard Installation of high end joinery in residential settings as required Factory Work in a neat and tidy manner in keeping with the factory operations, standards, safety and organisation Diligently keep up with, note and report stock and inventory of materials in order to complete duties and responsibilities Have strong time management skills to complete all tasks and responsibilities by the end of each week About you You will have demonstrated experience operating /programming CNC machines. Have a fantastic attitude, professional presentation and excellent work ethic. Have a sense of urgency and be able to prioritise. Understand of the importance of ensuring machinery is maintained to a high level. Be capability to problem-solve CNC machine issues. Have strong attention to detail with a commitment to excellence and quality Be reliable and hard working. Have an ability to work to time frames and complete tasks independently. Naturally show initiative and be solution focused. Desirable Forklift license First Aid Certificate
