Primary responsibilities include accessioning and documentation procedures, cataloguing, systems troubleshooting and support and the continuation of business-as-usual processes throughout the CMS Uplift Project.For more information about the role please view therole descriptionand information for applicantsor call the nominated contact person listed in the advertisement.What Technical/Soft Skills you requireTertiary qualifications in a related discipline with experience in administration and collection management systems.Problem solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to meet the needs of the Art Gallery and the varied and sometimes conflicting needs and agendas of stakeholders.Demonstrated understanding of international museum documentation standards and collection management procedures and proven experience with the development and documentation of new procedures and policies.Highly developed organisational, interpersonal and communication skills in relation to liaising with peers, staff and related external contactsTargeted QuestionsThe role requires coordinating acquisition information and ensuring accurate, consistent documentation across multiple teams.
