Together we can do more.As a Registered Nurse within the Specialist Mental Health Services for Older People team based in Coniston, youll provide meaningful, person-centred care to older adults experiencing mental health challenges across community and residential aged care settings. Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, youll deliver comprehensive assessments, evidence-based interventions, and coordinated care planning that supports recovery, stability, and quality of life. This is a deeply rewarding role where your clinical expertise, communication skills, and compassion directly support not only consumers, but also their families, carers, and aged care staff. This includes specialist old-age psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, diversional therapists Peer Worker and social workers.
