Adecco are looking for production & Manufacturing Operators for client sites on the Central Coast. Join our clients teams and play a key part in daily production operations working accross a variety of hands on tasks and playing a key part in delivering products to lareg projects Australia wide. Responsibilities Operate plant and equipment to meet daily production targets Manually remove, sort, and pack products Pick and pack corner assemblies for dispatch Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions Monitor product quality, identify defects, and document checks Support basic troubleshooting and assist with maintenance tasks Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives Forklift operation (if ticketed) Your Profile Youll bring a strong safety focus, solid reliability and a great cando attitude. To succeed in these roles, youll need: Forklift licence preferred but not essential Strong focus on safety, with a right first time attitude Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks Mechanically minded with a practical, handson approach Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team Clear and confident communication skills A commitment to safe work practices and following procedures Current drivers licence and reliable transport Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening Willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts Experience in a production or manufacturing environment Various Shift Patterns Casual to commence with from $38/HR Supporrtive team environments opportunities for ongoing work Contact ************@adecco.com.au 02 4920 4***
