Connect Resources is currently seeking experienced and reliable Asphalt Workers to join our growing civil and road surfacing teams operating out of Ormeua and surrounds. We have ongoing work across major road construction and asphalt projects throughout Brisbane, Gold Coast, and surrounding regions. We are looking for skilled operators and experienced crew members who can contribute to high-quality asphalt laying and finishing works. We are currently hiring for: Paver Operators Roller Operators Level Hands HR/MC/HC Truck Drivers Paver Operators: Operating asphalt pavers safely and efficiently Setting screed levels and controlling mat thickness Coordinating with trucks, level hands, and roller crews Ensuring consistent laydown quality Roller Operators: Operating smooth drum and multi-tyre rollers Compacting asphalt to specification Monitoring mat temperature and compaction quality Assisting with final finish requirements Level Hands: Assisting with asphalt laying and finishing works Raking, shovelling, and trimming asphalt to levels Supporting paver and roller operations Ensuring quality surface finish Truck Drivers (HR / HC / MC): Transporting asphalt, quarry materials, and spoil to and from sites Delivering to asphalt crews in a timely and safe manner Operating road ranger / automatic trucks depending on fleet Completing daily pre-starts and vehicle checks Working closely with site and plant operators Adhering to all fatigue and safety management requirements ________________________________________________________Requirements: Experience in asphalt or civil road construction (essential for operators) Valid Construction White Card Relevant plant tickets (Roller / Paver where applicable) Ability to work early starts, night shifts, and weekends when required What We Offer: Ongoing work based out of Ormeau depot Strong pipeline of asphalt road projects Competitive hourly rates + overtime opportunities Work with leading asphalt contractor across SEQ How to Apply:Please send a copy of your Resume to ****@connectresources.com.au or call Ryan on 0408 925 ***
