The Role: We are seeking an elite, highly systematic Installation Manager to be our boots on the ground in ACT. This is not a job where you sit behind a desk pushing paper. You will be on the tools AND a desk. Key Responsibilities: Lead From the Front (On the Tools): Execute the heavy lifting. You will be on-site, on the tools, surgically removing failing timber and aluminum frames, and dropping in our premium uPVC systems. Build the ACT Hub: Play a hands-on role in establishing, fitting out, and optimizing ACT based showroom and state-of-the-art dispatch center. Precision Check-Measures: Conduct highly technical, millimeter-perfect check measures for every project. A flawless installation starts with a surgical measure. Systems & Workflow Management: Run our digital infrastructure. You must be highly computer literate to manage job statuses, installation scheduling, and technical reporting within our customized operational software. Crew Leadership: Train and enforce strict quality control over our installation teams. Ensure every site operates cleanly, safely, and efficiently under the Spartan standard. The Arsenal (What You Need): Direct uPVC Experience: This is non-negotiable. You must know the mechanics, hardware, and specific structural requirements of premium uPVC double glazing inside and out. Carpentry Expertise: A strong background in carpentry and high-end residential construction. You need the technical capability to overcome complex structural issues on-site without compromising the finish. Computer Fluency: You cannot run this state on a notepad. You must be highly tech-savvy, capable of picking up complex operational software and keeping the digital pipeline accurate.
