About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Assistant / Production Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on role combining manufacturing duties with team supervision, ideal for someone looking to step up or bring existing leadership experience. Key Responsibilities Manufacture and blend liquid feed and fertiliser products Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment Supervise and support a small production team Ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met Assist with inventory, raw materials, and dispatch Maintain a clean and organised work environment Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Skills & Experience Experience in manufacturing, production, or similar environment Supervisory or leadership experience (highly regarded) Strong work ethic and hands-on approach Good communication and organisational skills Forklift licence (preferred but not essential) Strong commitment to workplace health and safety Preferred Qualifications & Experience Knowledge of and experience with FeedSafe accreditation standards and compliance (highly regarded) Whats on Offer Full-time, stable position Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Opportunity for career progression Supportive, family-run business Diverse, hands-on role How to ApplyClick Apply Now to submit your resume.
