We are seeking a Manager for our Beacon Extra Curricular programs offered at both our Pakenham and Berwick Campuses. The Beacon Extra Curricular program provides outside classroom and outside school hours programs to support our school community and provides programs available to Beaconhills students and children from the community. The primary purpose of this role is to provide strategic direction for the development of programs, oversee the daily operation of the varied programs offered, provide support and leadership to all Beacon Extra Curricular staff and families The successful applicant will be committed to leading children, educators and communities and working collaboratively across different departments.They will possess flexibility to handle multiple tasks and the ability to prioritize their work, with professional attention to detail. Position details: This is a fulltime, fixed term leave replacement position Commencing 22 June 2026 and concluding 8 June 2027 Working 9:30am to 5:30pmMonday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: Support Beacon Extra Curricular program development. Promoting Extra Curricular programs Provide a professional point of contact for families and staff at the required Campus Assist in the ongoing development and implementation of OSHC programs Understand the Early Years Learning Framework and My Time Our Place. Deliver high-quality early childhood programs. Contribute to innovative Vacation Care programs which champion the student voice.
