This includes taking proactive steps in the early identification and prevention of incidents.Security Staff member positions allocated to the Opioid Treatment Programs provide security to clients, visitors and staff within the Drug Health Services, performing routine security duties, security staff will form part of the clinical team, with a special emphasis on customer service and critical incident response.For more information, please view the Position Description.Ideal CandidateHolds a NSW Security Licence 1A, current relevant First Aid Qualification and NSW Driver Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).Ability to work under minimal supervision and complete all patrols and any other security work during the shift.Experience in communicating and responding to challenging and aggressive situations demonstrating empathy, integrity and resilience under various circumstances.Security Master Licence No. 410428317BenefitsPaid parental leave and annual leave loading.Opportunity for extra tax savings through Salary Packaging and Novated Leasing.
