About the Role Airswift is currently seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified and experienced tradespeople to support upcoming and ongoing workshop-based engineering projects in Henderson, WA. We are building a talent pool for a wellestablished, privately owned Western Australian engineering organisation delivering high-quality industrial, marine, defence, utilities, mining, oil & gas, and water infrastructure projects. This campaign is ideal for tradespeople looking to align with a highperforming workshop environment and be ready for mobilisation as project demands increase. Roles of Interest We are seeking Expressions of Interest across the following workshop-based roles: Boilermakers Welders Special Class / First Class / Exotic Metals Welders Pipefitters Mechanical Fitters Machinists Painter Blasters Sheet Metal Workers / Laggers Trade Assistants Hot works roles require experience working in fireretardant PPE and strict safetycontrolled environments. Scope of Work Depending on your trade and experience, responsibilities may include: Workshop-based fabrication, welding, fitting, machining, blasting, or surface preparation Working to drawings, weld procedures, codes, and standards Welding processes including GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, MMAW Working with carbon steel, stainless steel, duplexes, alloys, and exotic materials Structural, plate, and piping work Mechanical assembly, maintenance, and overhauls Maintaining strong HSEQ standards and quality documentation Identifying hazards and working safely in compliance-driven environments Assisting qualified trades and supporting inspections and testing (Trade Assistant roles) All work is workshop-based in Henderson - Enjoy sleeping in your own bed every night! No FIFO for these roles.
