One role is focused on participant case management, job planning and employment pathway support. The other is focused on day-to-day project coordination, participant supervision and activity delivery. Together, these roles support stronger participation, practical work readiness and local employment outcomes across community. Employment ConsultantThe Employment Consultant sits within the Employment Services Team and reports to the Employment Services Manager. The role is responsible for delivering integrated case management services to RAES participants, including developing job plans, maintaining regular participant engagement, supporting compliance requirements, and assisting jobseekers into training, community projects and future employment opportunities. The role also involves travel to homelands at times. Key responsibilities include Providing case management support to RAES participants Developing meaningful job plans linked to skills, goals and work pathways Regularly meeting with participants and following up on progress and obligations Managing caseloads and associated compliance requirements Using ESS/ECSN systems to monitor appointments, obligations and servicing actions Supporting participants into training, projects and workforce development opportunities Assisting with participant administration including resumes, calendars, records and case notes Working within program guidelines, budgets and BHAC procedures Supporting employment outcomes through structured participant engagement and planning We''re looking for someone who has Experience working with Aboriginal people and/or in remote or culturally diverse settings Some exposure or initial experience working with Aboriginal communities and/or in remote or culturally diverse environments is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good time management and organisational skills Experience supporting people to achieve goals and progress A practical understanding of case management, compliance or participant servicing A minimum of 6-12 months practical experience in case management, compliance, or participant servicing is required. A current Driver Licence An Ochre Card, or ability to meet role requirements Ability to obtain permits and required checks for working in Maningrida and surrounding homelands RAES Projects CoordinatorThe RAES Projects Coordinator sits within Community Projects and reports to the Community Projects Manager. The role is responsible for coordinating and supervising project activity delivery, supporting participant attendance and engagement, organising workflow, and ensuring activities are delivered safely, consistently and in line with program expectations. Key responsibilities include Coordinating day-to-day project and activity delivery Supervising participants undertaking project and activity work Organising tasks, workflow and worksite readiness Supporting attendance, punctuality, engagement and follow-up on non-attendance Maintaining attendance records, activity records, case notes and required documentation Monitoring project progress and escalating issues where needed Assisting with materials, equipment, site readiness and practical project administration Supporting safe worksites, safe tool use and compliance with work health and safety requirements Working respectfully with participants in a culturally informed and practical way We''re looking for someone who has Experience supervising, coordinating or supporting project, activity or worksite operations A minimum of 1+ years experience in supervising, coordinating, or supporting project, activity, or worksite operations is required.
