This is an excellent opportunity to work with advanced technology in a modern, well equipped environment while playing a vital role in supporting surgical teams and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety.In this role, you will oversee daily workflows, supervise Grade 1 and Grade 2 Sterilising Technicians, and ensure all cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation processes comply with SWSLHD policies and Australian Standard AS 5369:2023. You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing consumables to support seamless, uninterrupted service delivery.This Monday to Friday position offers rotating day and afternoon shifts, ideal for candidates who prefer weekends free and do not wish to work night duty.
