We are looking for experienced Receptionists. These positions are exciting opportunities to join our mental health clinics with a full multidisciplinary team, including specialist psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, speech pathologists, dietitians, and other allied health practitioners. You will bring your passion and drive. Our practice is one of the fastest-growing specialist mental health clinics located in Pacific Pines and Pimpama, Gold Coast.Currently, we have five experienced psychiatrists at the practice, along with several psychologists and other allied health professionals. We opened our second clinic in March 2026 in Pimpama, which is one of the largest private mental health clinics. We care about our team and would like to consider it as a large family. To be considered for this position, you are required to have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a large team with different requirements. You must possess a high level of time management and organisational skills, along with an open and transparent communication style. The Role You may already have experience in medical/admin and want to move into specialist clinics. These roles are either permanent or full-time, with an immediate start. For Receptionists, the hourly rates are above the award rate per hour plus superannuation. Although the rates exceed Fair Work Australia guidelines, the salary is negotiable based on previous experience and the specific role. The duties and responsibilities will apply: You will confidently provide comprehensive support to our patients and specialists. Ensure all processes and procedures are met Share all administrative duties with the existing medical receptionist. You will process patient billings and handle patient enquiries, bookings via telephone and face-to-face. You will maintain patient records using our practice software. Maintain scanning and filling. Maintain the clinic''s cleanliness. To be successful in this position, you will have the following attributes: Previous experience as a receptionist working in a medical, hospital or specialist environment is highly desirable; however, we may consider candidates with an admin/reception background from other industries. Dynamic, enthusiastic, self-motivated and thrive on working in a fast-paced environment with a role providing challenges and diversity. Being part of a team environment/culture is important to you. Managing practice electronic medical records (MediRecord software) is highly desirable; however, it is not a necessity. Front office patient billings, quoting for consultations and procedures, practice scheduling, scanning, and filing. Ensure adequate booking of patient appointments. Computer Skills be able to use Microsoft programs. Be able to work across both clinics, in Pacific Pines and Pimpama, Saturdays and evenings as required. Other Requirements Current C Class Driver''s Licence (Qld) Current Blue Card (working with children and young people) (or AHPRA registration if required) Satisfactory Police Check The position would be available for an immediate start. The Family Nurture clinic is open weekdays from 8 am-5 pm, except Wednesdays from 8 am-8 pm. We are also open on Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm.
