Apply now and be part of a team that is dedicated to better health services for our community.How to ApplyApply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date.Essential Requirements:Qualification: Degree in Nursing / Psychology / Social Work / Occupational TherapyRegistration: Full Registration with APHRA; eligibility to be a member of AASW for Social WorkersSelection Criteria:Experience and clinical skills in community mental health triage, comprehensive assessments, including risk and safety planning as well as experience in provision of collaborative care and discharge planning.Understanding of Mental Health/ Psychiatry service/ crisis work and ability to work with in a demanding crisis/acute management service.Demonstrated ability to collaborate with consumers/carers/families and has experience working with families who are coping with Mental Health Illness.Highly developed interpersonal communications skills, effective verbal, written and negotiation skills and intermediate computer skills. including the use of database systems.Experience and knowledge in acute mental health intervention, early intervention, and CALD issues.Understanding of the recovery philosophy and trauma informed care in Mental Health with the ability to implement these in clinical practice.Understanding of NSW Mental Health Act (2007).Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willing to use it for work purpose.Requisition ID:REQ646335Applications Close:8th April 2026Need more information ?Find out more about applying for this position.Review the detailed Position Descriptionfor insights into role requirements and criteria.
