The opportunity Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Stewarding Team Leader to join their team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT. As the team leader, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness across all food and beverage production areas and outlets. You will oversee daily stewarding operations and lead a team of kitchen stewards in a fastpaced kitchen environment. Lead and support the stewarding team Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met Coordinate dishwashing, waste management, and kitchen cleaning Support kitchen and food & beverage teams as required Ensure all buffets and functions are set up and cleared efficiently More about you Previous stewarding or kitchen experience in a leadership role Strong teamwork and communication skills Hands-on approach Sound understanding of HACCP principles with a focus on safety Ability to work across a 7-day roster including nights, weekends and public holidays The application period will close on 24/04/2026, unless a suitably qualified candidate is identified sooner.
