TheCardiac Catheterisation Laboratoryoperates four days weekly, delivering diagnostic and interventional procedures like coronary angiography and pacemaker insertions within a small, dynamic multidisciplinary team passionate about cardiology excellence.About the RoleAs aRegistered Nurse - Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory, you''ll rotate throughscrub, scout, haemodynamic monitoring and recovery, providing specialised care that ensures safe, efficient procedures and exceptional patient journeys. Prepare patients, assist cardiologists, monitor vital signs, support recovery and maintain equipment while reporting to theNurse Unit Manager. Hit the ground running withstructured orientation, competency-based trainingand ongoingmentorship from the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) and Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS)- continuous education ensures you master all roles while building long-term expertise in this rewarding cardiology specialty.
