Soul Origin Glendale is currently seeking [Full Time/Casual] allrounder/barista to join the team! Please see the job description below. Baristas Do you have a passion for coffee? Thrive in a fast-paced environment? And love engaging with customers? Then this role is for you! As a Soul Origin Barista, youll have access to the highest quality Specialty Coffee and work with the best brewing equipment on the market to create our delicious coffee beverages. Youll be responsible for: Serving our Soul Origin customers. Preparing and serving hot/cold beverages. Ensuring the coffee utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised regularly. To be successful youll have: A minimum of 6 months experience as a Barista A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers Ability to work as a team when youre not making delicious coffee, youll be completing general duties such as serving salads and soups Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices An understanding of Specialty Coffee will be highly regarded With an award-winning team of Coffee Coaches and annual Barista and Latte Art competitions, dont miss this opportunity to take your coffee skills to the next level with us. General cleaning duties. To be successful youll have: An approachable demeanor and good communication skills Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required Good attention to detail and cash handling skills An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices A flexible approach to work at Soul Origin, customer service goes beyond serving customers!
