Your responsibilities will include: Providing friendly, engaging, customer-focused service Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right gear Achieving individual and store sales targets Maintaining store presentation, stock levels and cleanliness Operating POS and supporting day-to-day store operations Working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment About You: Youre motivated, confident and ready to grow. You will ideally bring: Previous retail sales experience A proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs Strong communication and customer service skills A positive, team-focused attitude Willingness to learn a large product range and systems 12V or technical product knowledge (highly regarded, not essential) Availability requirements: Full Time role: ability to commit to a set roster (including weekend work) Apply now and take the next step with 4WD Supacentre.
