You will drive HR policies and also contribute to a range of projects and provide high level policy and analytical support, including researching and reviewing complex and emerging issues, developing evidence-based options, recommending practical solutions, and identifying and mitigating risks.As the Senior Policy & Project Coordinator, you have sound judgement, strong analytical capability, and ability to facilitate effective stakeholder engagement to drive outcomes within agreed timeframes.The role is Temporary, part-time until 30 September 2026.About the NSW Electoral CommissionThe New South Wales Electoral Commission delivers trusted and independent systems, processes, oversight and engagement that support democracy in New South Wales.
