The role provides leadership and high-level policy advice on complex disability and human services reform matters. The Assistant Director will lead and contribute to strategic policy projects, prepare Cabinet and ministerial briefings, and work closely with colleagues across government and with community and sector stakeholders. The position may involve supervising staff and requires strong communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
