3Month Assignment | Full Time | $45 per hour + Super Your new company We are seeking a capable and adaptable Administration Officer to provide temporary support within a Building and Planning team for a 3month assignment.This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, based onsite in a council environment. Youll be joining a fastpaced team and will play a key role in keeping daytoday administrative operations running smoothly.Your new role Working closely with building and planning professionals (in a support capacity), this role will see you: Providing high-level administrative support to the Building and Planning team Managing correspondence, documentation, and records Assisting with applications, permits, and internal systems Liaising with internal staff and members of the public Using departmental software and systems accurately and efficiently What you''ll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will: Be quick on your feet and able to pick up new systems and processes rapidly. Previous experience providing administrative or support services within a building and/or planning environment (not in a planner role) is highly desirable. Demonstrate strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail. Be confident working in a busy office setting with competing priorities.
