Based in the Rooty Hill RSL Club, we have a team of Receptionists and Concierge staff who are responsible for meeting, greeting and signing in our Members and Guests as well as providing key information and direction.This position also involves ensuring the appropriate legislative processes are performed accurately when allowing people entry into the venue including RSA.WestHQ is looking for the right person, someone who:Has a high level of customer service, excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills.Will provide information on events, activities and services occurring and have an ability to quickly learn about the products and services available across the business and use a computer well.Is a positive team player who strives to exceed customers expectations.What will you need to be considered?Exceptional customer service ability, both face to face and over the phoneExperience in a face to face customer service roleGeneral knowledge of hospitality industry is advantageousAbility to be effective in peak periods and quieter periodsAbility to quickly learn about the organisation and its products and servicesMust have RSA and RCG (or be willing to obtain one)Availability to work nights and weekends in addition to day shiftsApplication InformationWere not asking for a formal resume - just tell us who you are!
