The role ensures the delivery of effective hiring outcomes, supports administration across the employee lifecycle, and contributes to functional projects aligned to business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (Strong Focus)Manage end-to-end recruitment for regional roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer managementPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategiesLeverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social platforms, referrals, agencies) to attract diverse talentEnsure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience and employer brand representationHR Generalist SupportSupport onboarding and induction processes to ensure effective integration of new hiresContribute to HR and TA projects and process improvementsSupport learning and development initiatives as requiredKey RelationshipsRegional and site-based managersCentral HR teamExternal recruitment partners and agenciesWhat are we looking for?Skills & Experience35+ years experience in an HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition roleDemonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally across regional or multi-site environmentsStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsAbility to manage medium volume recruitment while maintaining quality outcomesSound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practiceStrong organisational skills and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
