What you can expect in a day in the role: In this role, you will be responsible for attending to inquiries from our guests, preparing and dispensing beverages, running food, and taking orders, all with exceptional customer service. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Assisting patrons with both food and beverage orders, inquiries, and complaints Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards Taking orders and running food to tables Assist with large groups or bookings Assisting with the opening and closing of the bistro What you will bring to the role: Our ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment, have a passion for the industry, and provide excellent customer service.
