Experienced Qualified Boilermaker/Welder required for Transport Company based in Unanderra Transport Company are seeking are seeking Boilermaker/ Welder based at our Unanderra depot. Employed on a full time basis, you will be working on a modern fleet of Kenworth, Western Star and Freightliner vehicles. About the role As a qualified boilermaker you will be required to complete general workshop duties including welding/repair work on all makes of truck and trailers onsite. You will: Have the ability to problem solve and find solutions with little hesitation. Be available to work Monday to Friday, and rostered Saturdays, and be available on call out (rostered). Predominantly we work on Kenworth, Western Star and Freightliner trucks with Cummins engines. A person with experience on those vehicles would be preferred. Commitment to workplace health and safety Day and afternoon shifts available Uniforms supplied. Essential requirements Trade qualified Drivers licence Forklift licence (not essential but would be an advantage) Able to follow instructions and work autonomously or within a team Attention to detail and excellent time management skills Good written and verbal skills and ability to record all parts used correctly Positive attitude ready to hit the ground running.
