Peel and Rockingham Kwinana Mental Health Service is seeking Clinical Nurses to join our Mental Health Hospital in the Home team. Mental Health hospital In the Home (HiTH) is a virtual inpatient ward offering intensive care and support to patients in their own homes. The Adult Mental HiTH offers services for adults 18 - 65 and has 20 beds. The older Adult HiTH offers services for Adults aged 65+ and has 6 beds. PaRK MHS are looking for highly capable and values driven Clinical nurses to join the Mental health Hospital in the Home (HiTH) and the Older Adult Hospital in The Home (OAHiTH) multidisciplinary teams You will bring with you advanced clinical and professional expertise in the delivery of recovery focussed, evidence based mental health interventions to consumers with complex and mental health needs, their families and carers, within their home environment. The Role As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical and professional expertise in the delivery of recovery-focused mental health interventions within the Mental Health Service. Youwill conduct comprehensive assessments and provide support within the areas of speciality and advanced practice to consumers with complex and mental health needs, their families, and carers, within and external to the service.
