About the Role An opportunity exists for a skilled Office Manager to plan, organise, direct, control, and coordinate the administrative functions of the business in line with operational and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Planning and reviewing office services, setting priorities, and establishing administrative systems Coordinating and supervising administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management Developing and implementing office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance Managing office budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation Overseeing records management systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and service providers to support business operations Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, including workplace health and safety requirements Supporting senior management with strategic planning and operational reporting Requirements Diploma or higher education in Business Administration or relevant field At least 1 year of relevant experience as an Office Manager or similar role Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills Sound knowledge of administrative systems and business operations Ability to manage budgets and oversee staff performance Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills How to Apply If you meet the above criteria and are ready to contribute to a growing organisation, we encourage you to apply.
