Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, across 247 offices in 62 countries.Turner & Townsend is an independent professional services company specialising in programme management, project management, cost management and consulting across the property, infrastructure and energy & natural resources sectors.Due to growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients Australia wide, Turner & Townsend are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the ANZ Talent Team in Darwin, Perth, Sydney or Adelaide.Job DescriptionManage the end to end recruitment process, from brief to hireWork closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring processWrite compelling job adverts to attract the best talentUtilise LinkedIn and other tools to source and manage a pipeline of candidates and to track / report performanceManage all communication with candidates from application/approach until offer acceptanceUpdate applicant tracking system to ensure accurate reporting and hiring manager collaborationKnowledge of all recruitment related regulation and complianceBuild a Talent Pipeline in order to cover short and long-term workforce capability for the business.Essential Behavioural CriteriaBuilding relationshipsDelivering qualityCommercial focusQualificationsProfessionally qualified in a relevant field.Minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally with experience in the construction market recruiting project managers, cost managers or project controls specialistsPassion for recruiting and finding top talents in a challenging environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
