Responsibilities Producing consistent high-quality Barista coffee Delivering food and beverage service in a professional and at times discreet manner Ensuring that boardrooms are set-up correctly and within a timely fashion Liaise with all team members including chefs to assess requirements for the day Working autonomously and confidently in providing premium corporate hospitality services Qualifications 2-3+ years of proven high-end F&B experience in fine dining, corporate boardroom settings, a-la-carte, 5-star hotel functions Barista experience, knowledge and skills is essential Excellent communicator with superior customer service skills Strong work ethic, taking pride in the service you provide willing to learn and part of a fast-paced dynamic team Full time Australian working rights (candidate will be required to obtain a National Police Check) Benefits Career Growth unlock your potential with our career pathway and learning programs within Compass Group.
