Redpath Mining is seeking skilled Bogger Operators to join our underground operations across the Norseman region. This role offers a 7/7 FIFO roster and the opportunity to work in a high-performing, safety-focused team. Responsibilities Safely operate underground LoadHaulDump (LHD) equipment Move ore and waste efficiently to support production targets Conduct prestart checks and report equipment faults immediately Maintain housekeeping standards around all work areas Follow shift plans, traffic management rules, and supervisor directions Assist with mine services and other operational tasks as required Complete activity sheets, safety documentation and workplace inspections Report any hazards, incidents or near misses promptly Contribute to continuous improvement and safe work practices Qualifications Proven experience operating underground boggers/LHDs Manual drivers licence First Aid & CPR (or ability to obtain) Strong communication skills and teamwork ability Ability to work unsupervised and follow instructions carefully A commitment to safe work practices and Redpaths values #J-18808-Ljbffr
