Support Worker Supported Employment (Factory Environment) Casual | PartTime | FullTime This role supports employees with disability in a handson production and factory setting. Applicants must be comfortable working on the factory floor and supporting people to complete practical, repetitive work tasks safely and efficiently. This is a workplacebased support role, focused on coaching and enabling people at work not residential or clinical care. The Role Youll work alongside employees with disability on the factory floor, providing daytoday support, encouragement, and guidance so they can safely work tasks and develop skills. This Role Is Suited To Someone Who Is comfortable working in a factory or production environment Enjoys handson, physical work Can confidently guide people through repetitive or processdriven tasks Is not seekingone outreach work Key Duties Support employees with disability to complete factory and production tasks Provide onthejob coaching, guidance, and encouragement Assist with task setup, routines, and safe work practices Support skill development and independence at work Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment Some personal or behavioural support may be required depending on individual needs; however this role is not focused on medical or intensive personal care. What Were Looking For CertificateIII in Disability, Community Services, or relevant experience Experience in supporting people with disability (workplace support desirable) Strong communication skills and a calm, patient approach Understanding of (or willingness to learn) NDIS principles NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC & National Police Clearance Alignment with Ability WA''s values.
