Reporting into the asset management team, you will manage a steady pipeline of refurbishment, services and engineering upgrade projects across multiple assets. This is a deliveryfocused role, requiring someone who can assess incoming work, prioritise effectively and keep multiple jobs moving at once in a fastpaced environment. Salary Salary sits between $110K - $140K + Super, depending on experience. Project Delivery Manage a high volume of minor works and capex projects Deliver refurbishments, upgrades and technical improvement works Oversee programme, cost and delivery across multiple live jobs Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to required standard Coordination & Execution Translate scopes into clear, deliverable work packages Coordinate contractors, consultants and service providers Manage competing priorities across urgent and planned works Maintain momentum across fast turnover, variedscale projects Stakeholder Management Work closely with internal asset managers and leadership Liaise with tenants, contractors and external stakeholders Manage expectations across multiple concurrent projects Resolve issues quickly to minimise operational disruption Planning & Prioritisation Triage incoming works and allocate resources effectively Balance reactive issues with planned upgrade programmes Track project progress, risks and timelines Provide clear updates to leadership on delivery status About You Experience in project management, construction, FM or building services Strong understanding of building methodologies and technical delivery Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Highly organised with strong prioritisation capability Comfortable working in fastpaced, reactive environments Practical, handson operator who takes ownership of outcomes #J-18808-Ljbffr
