Overview Lead capability, education and workforce uplift across a high-performing industrial health team. Drive contemporary training, competency and credentialling frameworks aligned to AHPRA and NSQHS standards. Combine strategic leadership with handson clinical work across diverse remote and resource sector environments. Permanent, fulltime role based at Jandakot with free onsite parking and hybrid flexibility. About the team The Industrial Health Team delivers high-quality, onsite healthcare services across remote, offshore and resource sector environments. The team includes a multidisciplinary health workforce made up of Nurses, Paramedics, Doctors and Emergency Service Officers. Working closely with clinical, education and operational leaders, the team is focused on safety, capability uplift and delivering exceptional patient and client outcomes across a diverse operating footprint. About the role Lead the design and delivery of education, training and competency frameworks to uplift workforce capability and ensure compliance with AHPRA and NSQHS standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations, logistics, education and clinical governance in collaboration with multidisciplinary stakeholders. Provide clinical relief across sites, delivering highquality patient care and supporting client operations in remote and industrial environments. About you AHPRA registered Paramedic or Nurse with recent clinical practice (within the last 6 months) and minimum 5 years postqualification emergency ambulance or Nursing experience. Proven experience in education, training or capability development, including designing and delivering frameworks. Strong understanding of clinical governance, AHPRA standards and quality improvement in healthcare settings. Experience in remote, industrial, mining or oil and gas environments, with knowledge of sitebased WHS requirements. Highly developed stakeholder engagement, communication and operational decisionmaking skills.
