We are looking for skilled **Neurosurgery Technicians** to support our growing fourtheatre suite and contribute to highquality neuro-perioperative services.As Neurosurgery Technician, you will support all aspects of Navigation/Imaging/Robotics including instruments and equipment coordination, as well as patient care and positioning during procedures ensuring patient centred care is delivered in all interactions with our patients.The role is offered on a permanent full-time basis working 38 hours per week**The Position:*** Support the Nurse Service Manager to deliver highquality patient care in a safe perioperative environment.* Coordinate, prepare and troubleshoot specialised surgical equipment, navigation, imaging and robotic systems to support scheduled and emergency procedures.* Act as the technical champion for navigation and imaging systems, providing expert support to surgeons and theatre teams.* Ensure correct patient positioning, theatre setup, equipment availability, and postprocedure checks including documentation and tray reconciliation.* Manage surgical equipment and implant logistics, including ordering, maintenance, loan sets, supplier liaison and stock costeffectiveness.* Communicate risks, workflow changes and equipment issues to theatre leadership and assist with theatre readiness and patient transfers.The ideal candidate will be an experienced perioperative professional with a background in technical theatre support within an acute hospital environment. Youll bring a genuine passion for learning and professional growth, with the ability to embrace and champion innovations in surgical navigation and imaging. A strong appreciation for quality improvement and safe, bestpractice care is essential to success in this role.Youll work confidently both independently and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, with strong organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.
