Hope Valley Nursery is a leading supplier of high-quality plants, delivering to major retail and commercial customers across Perth. We are known for our reliability, strong team culture, and commitment to quality. We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Driver / Merchandiser to join our team based in Oakford. This is a hands-on role combining deliveries, merchandising, and general site support, with no two days the same. In this role, you will: Deliver across Perth Metro using an MR truck with a hydraulic tailgate Complete on-site deliveries, including unloading plant trolleys, transferring stock, and managing trolley exchanges Merchandise, rotate, and maintain plant displays at retail locations Support on-site operations and maintenance during quieter periods, assisting with general duties as required What you can expect: Full-time role with variable hours, including additional hours as required No weekend work Variety across driving, customer sites, and on-site tasks To be considered for this position, you should have: MR or HR drivers licence Good level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift, push, and move plant trolleys Previous experience in a delivery driver role preferred but not essential What we offer: Full-time position Hourly rates above the Award Weekly pay How to apply: If you would like to apply, please submit your CV along with a brief summary of your skills and work history, including your most recent role.
