You will drive a system-wide approach to quality, compliance, safeguarding and continuous improvement, ensuring chapters operate in alignment with agreed global and national standards, while supporting program growth and development, best practice and local delivery. This is a highly visible handson role requiring extensive engagement across chapters, including regular site visits, assessment of performance, fostering capability uplift and strengthening alignment. You will lead the review and performance audit process across the network, contribute to organisational priorities, ensuring the Excellence Framework remains relevant, effective and responsive. Skills Required Youre currently working in a comparable role, using your experience in quality, compliance, audit or performance frameworks. Youre comfortable operating within complex, multisite or federated environments. A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal skills, you bring the ability to engage, influence and build trust across diverse stakeholders, while maintaining rigour and consistency in standards.
