About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to oversee workshop operations while ensuring products are manufactured to specification and delivered efficiently. Reporting directly to the General Manager / Sales Manager, some of your responsibilities will include: Supervising workshop production and managing a small team of welders Ensuring all products are manufactured to the required specifications and standards Reviewing drawings, processing work orders, and scheduling production Coordinating materials, stock levels, and workflow to meet deadlines Overseeing deliveries and ensuring goods are dispatched to site on time Maintaining safety, quality, and workplace standards across operations About You The successful candidate will have: Minimum 5+ years experience in welding or steel fabrication Ability to interpret technical drawings and identify issues Strong organizational and time-management skills Clear communication and ability to lead a team Experience with data entry, Excel, and basic systems (MYOB desirable) A proactive, motivated, and hands-on approach Whats in it for You?
