Selection Criteria be a motivated and engaging coach or mentor within your given field; be flexible and able to work collaboratively in a team environment; demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building and maintaining quality relationships with all members of the Colleges community; be able to demonstrate leadership of team coaching initiatives; demonstrate an understanding of and a commitment to the Mission and Values of the College; demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adapt and operate effectively in a demanding and changing environment; have a coaching accreditation in the relevant sport or activity; hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate; hold a current Working with Children Check and be committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety, welfare and wellbeing of children and young people. Successful candidates will be required to undertake compliance training in child safeguarding, concussion management and work health & safety as directed by the College.
