ABOUT THE COMPANY Im currently partnering with a highly regarded, designled architectural practice known for its refined detailing, and commitment to delivering projects of exceptional quality. With a strong and diverse portfolio, the studio has built a reputation for maintaining design integrity from concept through to completion, particularly on largescale, complex developments. ABOUT THE ROLE Im seeking a talented Architect who thrives in a handson environment and has a proven ability to carry earlystage concepts through to successful delivery. This is a pivotal role within the studio, requiring someone who can take ownership of packages and ensure the original design vision is realised and executed to a high standard. You will play a key role on a significant, largescale project characterised by its complexity, multiple stakeholder interfaces, and high level of technical resolution. This role will suit someone who enjoys navigating intricate design challenges, coordinating across disciplines, and contributing meaningfully to the successful delivery of a landmarkquality outcome. Youll bring wellrounded experience across building services, with a strong understanding of HVAC, fire systems, hydraulics, and mechanical and electrical coordination, enabling you to confidently integrate these elements into cohesive and buildable design outcomes. DUTIES Lead and contribute to the delivery of a largescale, complex project from design development through to construction and completion Translate earlystage design concepts into detailed, coordinated, and buildable documentation Maintain and uphold design integrity across all project stages, particularly as complexity increases Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders across multiple packages and phases Prepare and contribute to comprehensive documentation packages, with a strong focus on building services integration Resolve complex design and technical challenges throughout the delivery phaseWork in a handson capacity across multiple stages of the project lifecycle SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Registered Architect (or equivalent) with proven experience delivering largescale, complex projects Strong track record of taking projects from concept through to completion High level proficiency in ArchiCAD Demonstrated experience coordinating building services packages on complex developments Excellent technical documentation and detailing skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate project complexity A proactive, handson approach with strong problemsolving capability CULTURE This is a collaborative and designfocused studio that values rigour, clarity of thinking, and a genuine commitment to quality.
