Package includes salary ($98,499-$116,813 per annum paid prorata), plus employer''s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (salary offered will be based on experience). About The Role We''re seeking worldclass educators to inspire the next generation of Allied Health students by joining our team of teachers on a permanent parttime (21 hours per week) basis located at Glendale Campus. Essential Requirements Have appropriate subject knowledge, skills and vocational qualifications with a minimum level of Bachelor Degree or higher qualification in an Allied Health discipline, for example: Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy, or equivalent. Evidence of holding the appropriate teaching qualifications to deliver Vocational Education and Training (see the candidate support document (here) for details) OR a willingness to undertake our full time 14 week ''Paid to Learn'' course. Have a minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualification, gained no longer than five (5) years previously. Paid to Learn For candidates who do not hold an appropriate VET teaching qualification or equivalent, you have the option to be paid to learn as you transition from industry to teaching with guaranteed work following successful completion of the 14 weeks Training and Assessment course. Those who already hold the appropriate teaching qualification or equivalent are still eligible to apply. Applicants for parttime positions should note that participation in the 14week PTL program requires fulltime attendance of 35 hours per week throughout the 14 week program.
