With industry-leading safety standards, you can focus on doing your best work alongside skilled colleagues while gaining job training to progress your career.The RoleThe Clinical Nurse Specialist 2 (CNS2) provides a broad range of D&A services for patients within the Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network (JH&FMHN).Services IncludedAssessment & management of Intoxication and withdrawal states.Assessment & management of patients requesting to commence on an Opioid Substitution Treatment (OST) program or who are being maintained on an OST program whilst in custody.Substance Use and Pregnancy (SUP) program.Brief interventions including provision of harm minimisation strategies and related health education initiatives.Release care planning.Essential RequirementsCurrent authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.Three years'' fulltime experience working in AOD and possesses post-graduate qualifications in AOD, or a combination of equivalent experience and qualifications.Salary & BenefitsYour salary of $78,346.12 - $120,469.88 per annum (+ superannuation) is just the beginning.
