Property Care Assistant Care Services Position Purpose The Property & Facilities Support Officer is responsible for maintaining all SIL properties and organisational facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, functionality, and presentation. This role supports the Property Maintenance Officer (PMO) in operational, logistical, and maintenance-related tasks, ensuring that all environments are safe, compliant, and participant-ready at all times. The position plays a key role in supporting participant wellbeing through high-quality property standards and respectful engagement during VHC and cleaning activities. Reporting To Property Maintenance Officer (PMO) This role operates under direction and is responsible for executing operational property tasks. It does not hold authority for budget decisions, procurement approvals, or organisational policy ownership.
