Our multifaceted venue also opens the door to a wide range of opportunities for those who join our team. About the roleThis is a hands-on, dynamic position where no two days are the same. You''ll lead event execution from start to finish, managing front-of-house teams, coordinating with the kitchen, and smoothly sticking to run sheets with clear communication to clients and vendors during the event. On non-event days, you''ll help run lunch service and oversee daily floor operations. What you''ll be doing Running weddings and events from set-up to pack-down Leading FOH teams and coordinating service with the kitchen Managing event timelines and food pass Liaising with clients, including site tours and event-day coordination Supporting off-site catering events Opening/closing the venue and supervising daily service Why Youll Love Working Working Here Lot 100 is a landmark Adelaide Hills venue known for quality, sustainability and local produce.
